Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the SoloBotAgency platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SoloBotAgency.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@solobotagency.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
• Overload or disrupt the infrastructure through excessive automated requests.
• Collect or harvest data from the Service without authorisation.

• Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per person or organisation. We reserve the right to suspend trials we believe are being abused. At the end of the trial, your account will be charged the applicable plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

All platform code, design, trademarks, and content are owned by SoloBotAgency. Your data and custom bot configurations remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

We target 99.1% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (e.g., Anthropic, Stripe, Supabase) or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloBotAgency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
