Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with SoloBotAgency. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. All refund requests are handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
2. Free Trial
All paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no obligation.
3. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of first payment — if you are a new subscriber and have not made significant use of the platform, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge.
- Service outage — if SoloBotAgency experiences a verified outage exceeding 24 continuous hours in a given billing month, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
- Accidental duplicate charge — if you were charged twice for the same period, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued promptly.
- Billing error — if you were charged the wrong amount due to a platform error.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not provided after 14 days from the first payment.
- Partial months are not refunded upon cancellation — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
- Annual plan payments are not refundable after the 14-day window, except in cases of platform error.
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Unused bot runs or compute credits do not carry over or generate refunds.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@solobotagency.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
